not legal advice
Your deal is on hold because the notary asked where the money comes from. That question has a documented answer.
OrigenDesk prepares source-of-funds reports for cryptocurrency holders in Spain — property purchases, large transfers, account openings. A complete evidence file, written in the language a bank compliance officer expects, under the requirements of Ley 10/2010.

The problem
You hold funds that started as cryptocurrency — mined years ago, traded on exchanges, some of which no longer exist. Now you are buying an apartment, and the notary, the bank, or the developer's compliance department has frozen everything with one request: justify the origin of the funds.
A folder of exchange screenshots does not answer that request. Compliance officers need a coherent document: where each euro started, how it moved, what proves each step, and an honest account of what can no longer be proven. Most deals that die at this stage die not because the money is bad — but because nobody assembled the evidence properly.
What you receive
One submission-ready report, in English with a Spanish executive summary, delivered as PDF with all source files attached:
- Executive summary — one page a compliance officer can read in three minutes: sources, amounts, evidence quality. No technical vocabulary.
- Origin of funds breakdown — each source (purchases, mining, trading, distributions, income) with the amount it contributed and the documents behind it.
- Full transaction audit trail — the chain from first origin to your Spanish account, cross-checked on both ends of every transfer, with public register references anyone can verify.
- Valuations at transaction dates — every conversion valued at its documented execution price or a cited public rate.
- Gap analysis — what is documented, what is reconstructed (closed exchanges, lost statements), what is not provable — stated plainly, because a disclosed gap survives review and a discovered one does not.
- Risk screening — your addresses checked against public sanctions and high-risk lists, with the result recorded either way.
- Completed verification checklist — every report is re-verified against a fixed checklist before delivery; the filled checklist ships with the file.
How it works — entirely by correspondence
Questionnaire
You describe the situation in a structured form (English, Ukrainian or Russian) and receive an exact list of what to export and how — including what to do about exchanges that no longer exist. No passport data at this stage.
Tracing & assembly
We normalize the exports, reconcile them with public blockchain records and bank statements, value every step, and assemble the report. Questions come back to you once, as a single list.
Verified delivery
The report passes a mandatory verification checklist, then goes to you — and, if you wish, directly to your gestor, lawyer or the requesting bank, with us on the thread for follow-up questions.
Who prepares it
Since 2018 I have lived inside the systems your money passed through: built Ethereum mining rigs with my own hands, traded and day-traded on the major exchanges, claimed the airdrops, used the P2P desks, and lost statements to the same dead platforms your history probably contains. I know what a real portfolio trail looks like — because mine looked like that.
Before crypto: a law degree in commercial law and twenty years in senior management of manufacturing and trading companies — contracts, commercial correspondence, and financial reporting written for owners and auditors who do not forgive vagueness. That is the discipline your evidence file is built with. Based in Benidorm; correspondence in English, Ukrainian and Russian.
Fees
| Engagement | Scope | Fee |
|---|---|---|

| Standard case | Up to two exchanges, up to three wallets, live data sources | €400–800 |
| Complex case | Multiple wallets, defunct exchanges, decentralized-finance history, reconstruction work | from €1,000 |
Fixed quote after the questionnaire, before any payment. If the trail cannot be usefully documented, I say so at that stage — free.
What this service is — and is not
OrigenDesk provides documentation and analysis. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, tax advice, or any guarantee that a bank, notary or developer will accept the funds. Where formal submissions or professional judgment are required, the report is designed to be filed through your gestor or lawyer — or through a licensed partner we work with. The report states these boundaries on its first page.
